Windward Ridge is a business park developed by McDonald in 1996-1999 located on Windward Ridge Parkway at McGinnis Ferry Road near Georgia 400 in Alpharetta, Georgia. The park contains single and multi-tenant rear-load distribution and flex buildings. Windward Ridge is part of the 1,500-acre master-planned Windward Business Park that includes office, industrial, hotel, retail and residential developments and golf courses. McDonald sold its 18,000 square foot building in 2018 and sold its remaining four buildings totaling 312,800 square feet in 2021.
