Windward Chase is a three-building business park developed by McDonald located on Old Alpharetta Road at McFarland Road and McGinnis Ferry Road near Georgia 400 in Alpharetta, Georgia. Windward Chase is part of the 1,500-acre master-planned Windward Business Park that includes office, industrial, hotel, retail and residential developments and golf courses. Windward Chase contains one single-story office building and two flex buildings that were constructed by McDonald in 1999 and 2000 totaling 412,540 square feet. McDonald sold all three buildings in 2021.
