North Park Commerce Center is a 35-acre master-planned business park developed by McDonald in Sanford, Florida, just north of Orlando, with nearby access to I-4 and the Central Florida Greeneway providing convenient access to the Orlando area. McDonald constructed two rear-load distribution buildings in 2009 containing a total of 117,600 square feet. Both buildings were sold in 2017. McDonald sold the remaining 25 acres of land in the park in 2020.
