Forsyth Commerce Center is McDonald’s 94-acre business park in Cumming, Georgia. The park is located on Highway 9 at Highway 141 (Exit 13 – GA400) in Forsyth County. Phase I was completed in 2023 and includes two Class A rear-load buildings – Building 100 containing 207,276 square feet, and Building 200 containing 151,926 square feet. Phase II is under construction and includes Building 300, a 134,760 square foot rear-load building. Two additional buildings totaling up to 450,000 square feet are planned for future phases. At full buildout, the park will contain five industrial buildings totaling over 880,000 square feet.
