Forsyth Commerce Center is McDonald’s 94-acre business park in Cumming, Georgia. The park is located on Highway 9 at Highway 141 (Exit 13 – GA400) in Forsyth County. Phase I was completed in 2023 and includes two Class A rear-load buildings – Building 100 containing 207,276 square feet, and Building 200 containing 151,926 square feet. Construction on Phase II is planned for 2024 and will include Building 300, a 134,260 square foot rear-load. Two additional buildings totaling up to 450,000 square feet are planned for future phases. At full buildout, the park will contain five industrial buildings totaling over 880,000 square feet.
