301 Business Center is a 68.84-acre master-planned park developed by McDonald in 2019. The park is located in Tampa, west of I-75 between SR 574 and SR 60, approximately 2.5 miles from I-4. The park contains one cross-dock, one front-load, and two rear-load distribution buildings totaling 867,619 square feet. McDonald sold the park in 2021.
