CrownPointe Commerce Park is located in Orlando, Florida with nearby access to I-4, Florida’s Turnpike, John Young Parkway, and the Beachline Expressway. McDonald developed six industrial buildings in the park in three stages. Phase I was delivered in 2000 and included one rear-load distribution building and one cross-dock distribution building totaling 402,932 square feet. Phase II was delivered in 2004 and 2006 and included two rear-load distribution buildings totaling 266,078 square feet. Phase III was delivered in 2007 and included two rear-load distribution buildings totaling 255,499 square feet. McDonald sold all six CrownPointe buildings in three separate transactions as each phase was completed.
